Perfect for drinks Make a sophisticated mixed drinks like rose lemonade, tonic, grapefruit, tea and seltzer. For a cocktails rose syrup pairs well with gin, Aperol, and dry sparkling wine. Rose Julep 2-3 mint sprigs 1 oz rose syrup 1 oz ruby grapefruit juice, fresh 1/2 oz lime juice, fresh Splash of soda/seltzer water Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Add rose to your desserts Use rose simple syrup to top ice cream, yogurt, add to frosting, shaved ice and raspberry desserts.
