Pure Sweet Almond Oil 250ml / ORGANIC / Botanical Name: Prunus amygdalus dulcis. Plant part: dried kernel. A member of the Rosaceae family and a relative of the Peach and Apricot, the Almond tree is native to Barbary but cultivated in the Mediterranean and California. It bears soft cream blossoms with yellow centres, which appear before the leaves. Sweet Almond Oil is probably the most commonly used carrier oil in Aromatherapy and Massage. This oil can treat dry skin and is believed to help reverse sun damage. For External Use only - Do not consume. Supplied in a sturdy frosted plastic bottle with screw cap (foil sealed).
