  Up to 6 months opened, out of the fridge, stored in a cool dark dry place. It is ok to refrigerate.Up to a year opened, in the fridge

• Unlike many processors who use oil to roast their almonds, we dry roast ours. It's healthier than using oil, which basically fries the almonds and masks their natural flavor (meaning roasters can get away with using nuts that are less than fresh). We dry roast with fire, rather than gas, to really bring out the deep flavor of our organically-grown almonds. That natural sweetness. The wonderful nuttiness. And a crisp, clean bite.
