Acme Par Baked Rustic Levain Rolls are ready for you to finish baking at home for the perfect fresh baked addition to any meal or gathering.

Acme's Levain bread is naturally leavened with a Levain starter and contains approximately 20% Organic whole wheat flour, with the rest of the flour being unbleached Organic wheat flour. Levain Rolls are somewhat irregular-shaped, a little flatter than round, and about 4” in diameter. The crust is thinner than the Levain loaves, but fairly chewy. The crumb is airy and moist with nutty and sour notes.

The rolls are par baked and frozen at the peak of freshness and will arrive with baking instructions. 

This package contains two bags of six rolls each, shipped frozen but may not arrive frozen. Each roll measures about 4" in diameter and weighs approximately 2oz.
